St Luke’s has recently joined Eco Church (also known as A Rocha Aotearoa), part of a global movement of church communities committed to restoring and protecting the environment. The first event that we will be attending is 'Auckland Kai and Kōrero’, to be held on Saturday, 14 September 2024, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm (or part thereof - speakers from 7pm) at St Heliers Presbyterian Church, 100 Saint Heliers Bay Road. It's a chance to connect with folks from other church communities in the Auckland area who have a passion for the earth, and to hear from interesting speakers and discuss together current challenges for our church communities. Dinner provided.
