He hasa PhD in constitutional law from the University of Oxford, works as a barristerat Thorndon Chambers and at campaign group ActionStation, and has previouslyworked for the New Zealand Supreme Court, as an economic policy advisor in theUK Parliament, and at the United Nations Development Programme in New York. Heis the author of TheNew Zealand Project, about the stateand future of New Zealand politics.
